Điều khoản sử dụng

Cập nhật ngày 01/10/2026. Khi cài đặt hoặc dùng Verba Studio, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này.

1. Dịch vụ

Verba Studio là ứng dụng Windows để ghi họp, nhận diện giọng nói thành chữ, tóm tắt bằng AI, quay màn hình và livestream. Mô tả tính năng từng gói ở bảng giá.

2. Tài khoản

Bạn đăng nhập bằng Google hoặc email và chịu trách nhiệm giữ an toàn tài khoản của mình.
Không dùng app để ghi âm người khác trái pháp luật. Hãy báo cho người tham gia biết khi bạn ghi buổi họp.
Không dò, phá, sao chép trái phép hay bán lại ứng dụng.

3. Gói và thanh toán

Free: miễn phí, không giới hạn thời gian ghi, có giới hạn tính năng như ghi trên bảng giá.
Pro: 199.000đ cho 30 ngày, thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản QR ngay trong app. Gia hạn trước hạn thì cộng dồn số ngày. Không tự động trừ tiền, hết hạn thì tài khoản trở về Free, dữ liệu vẫn giữ nguyên.
Team: dùng thử 14 ngày. Team cần một Kyma API Key do chính team nắm giữ; chi phí nhận diện bằng Kyma do team trả cho Kyma.
Khoá API của bên thứ ba (Kyma, OpenAI, Gemini) là tài khoản riêng của bạn với họ, chi phí phát sinh do bạn chịu.

4. Hoàn tiền

Nếu gói Pro không dùng được vì lỗi từ phía Verba Studio và chúng tôi không khắc phục được trong 7 ngày kể từ khi bạn báo, chúng tôi hoàn lại phần tiền tương ứng số ngày chưa dùng. Chuyển khoản sai nội dung hoặc sai số tiền thì nhắn Zalo kèm ảnh giao dịch để được xử lý.

5. Nội dung của bạn

Buổi ghi, transcript và tóm tắt thuộc về bạn. Chúng tôi không dùng nội dung buổi ghi để huấn luyện AI. Kết quả nhận diện và tóm tắt do AI tạo ra có thể sai, hãy kiểm tra lại trước khi dùng cho việc quan trọng.

6. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Ứng dụng được cung cấp theo hiện trạng. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Verba Studio không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại gián tiếp, mất dữ liệu do máy tính của bạn hỏng, hay gián đoạn của dịch vụ bên thứ ba. Trách nhiệm tối đa không vượt quá số tiền bạn đã trả trong 3 tháng gần nhất.

7. Chấm dứt

Bạn có thể ngừng dùng và yêu cầu xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào. Chúng tôi có thể khoá tài khoản vi phạm điều khoản này.

8. Luật áp dụng và liên hệ

Điều khoản theo pháp luật Việt Nam. Mọi thắc mắc nhắn Zalo 0963 249 467.

Terms of Service

Updated October 1, 2026. By installing or using Verba Studio you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Verba Studio is a Windows app for recording meetings, transcribing speech, AI summaries, screen recording and livestreaming. Plan features are listed on the pricing section.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google or email and are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Do not use the app to record people unlawfully. Tell participants when you record a meeting.
Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, copy without permission or resell the app.

3. Plans and payment

Free: no charge, unlimited recording time, with feature limits as shown on the pricing section.
Pro: 199,000 VND for 30 days, paid by QR bank transfer inside the app. Renewing early adds the days on top. There is no automatic charge; when it expires the account returns to Free and your data is kept.
Team: 14-day trial. A team needs its own Kyma API key; Kyma transcription costs are paid by the team to Kyma.
Third-party API keys (Kyma, OpenAI, Gemini) are your own accounts with those providers, and you pay any costs they charge.

4. Refunds

If Pro cannot be used because of a fault on Verba Studio's side that we cannot fix within 7 days of your report, we refund the unused days. For transfers with the wrong reference or amount, message us on Zalo with a screenshot of the transaction.

5. Your content

Your recordings, transcripts and summaries belong to you. We do not use recording content to train AI. AI transcription and summaries can be wrong; check them before relying on them for important decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Verba Studio is not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by failure of your computer, or outages of third-party services. Our total liability does not exceed what you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law and contact
