Cập nhật ngày 01/10/2026. Áp dụng cho ứng dụng Verba Studio trên Windows và trang verbar.io.

Tóm tắt: buổi ghi, âm thanh và transcript của bạn nằm trên máy tính của bạn. Chúng chỉ rời máy khi bạn chọn dịch vụ AI trên mạng để nhận diện hoặc tóm tắt, hoặc khi bạn bấm Chia sẻ team. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn.

1. Dữ liệu nằm trên máy của bạn

Buổi ghi, transcript, tóm tắt, góp ý, từ điển riêng được lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu trên máy tính của bạn.
Khoá API bạn nhập (Kyma, OpenAI, Gemini...) và stream key livestream được mã hoá bằng cơ chế bảo vệ của Windows, chỉ lưu trên máy.
Gỡ ứng dụng và xoá thư mục VerbaStudioUserData ở gốc ổ đĩa cài app là xoá toàn bộ phần này.

2. Dữ liệu gửi lên máy chủ của Verba Studio

Máy chủ dùng dịch vụ Supabase, có phân quyền theo từng tài khoản: người dùng chỉ đọc được dữ liệu của mình và của team mình.

3. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

Nhận diện giọng nói và tóm tắt bằng AI: nếu bạn chọn Kyma, OpenAI hoặc Google Gemini, âm thanh hoặc chữ của buổi ghi được gửi thẳng từ máy bạn tới nhà cung cấp đó bằng khoá của bạn (hoặc khoá của team), theo chính sách của nhà cung cấp. Chế độ nhận diện ngay trên máy và mô hình AI cục bộ thì không gửi gì ra ngoài.
Đăng nhập Google: chỉ lấy email, tên, ảnh đại diện.
Thanh toán: chuyển khoản ngân hàng qua QR, xác nhận tự động qua SePay. Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu thông tin thẻ hay tài khoản ngân hàng của bạn.
Giới thiệu (affiliate): trang verbar.io dùng Affitor để ghi nhận lượt giới thiệu bằng cookie.
Livestream: video và stream key đi thẳng tới nền tảng bạn chọn (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).

4. Thời gian lưu

Dữ liệu tài khoản và đơn hàng được giữ khi tài khoản còn hoạt động và theo thời hạn kế toán bắt buộc. Sự kiện dùng app được giữ để thống kê, bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá bất cứ lúc nào. Buổi họp đã chia sẻ team được xoá khi người chia sẻ gỡ khỏi kho chung hoặc team bị xoá.

5. Quyền của bạn

Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có quyền biết, xem, sửa, xoá dữ liệu, rút lại đồng ý và phản đối xử lý. Nhắn Zalo 0963 249 467 kèm email tài khoản, chúng tôi xử lý trong 72 giờ làm việc.

6. Trẻ em

Verba Studio không dành cho người dưới 16 tuổi.

7. Thay đổi

Khi chính sách thay đổi đáng kể, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang và báo trong ứng dụng.

Privacy Policy

In short: your recordings, audio and transcripts stay on your computer. They only leave it when you choose an online AI service for transcription or summaries, or when you click Share with team. We do not sell your data.

1. Data that stays on your computer

Recordings, transcripts, summaries, notes and your personal vocabulary are stored in a local database on your computer.
API keys you enter (Kyma, OpenAI, Gemini...) and livestream keys are encrypted with Windows data protection and stored only on your computer.
Uninstalling the app and deleting the VerbaStudioUserData folder at the root of the install drive removes all of it.

2. Data sent to Verba Studio servers

Our backend runs on Supabase with per-account access rules: users can only read their own data and their team's data.

3. Third-party services

AI transcription and summaries: if you choose Kyma, OpenAI or Google Gemini, audio or text from a recording is sent directly from your computer to that provider with your key (or your team's key), under that provider's policy. On-device transcription and local AI models send nothing out.
Google sign-in: only email, name and avatar.
Payments: bank transfer via QR code, confirmed automatically through SePay. We never receive or store your card or bank account details.
Referrals: verbar.io uses Affitor cookies to attribute referrals.
Livestreaming: video and stream keys go directly to the platform you choose (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).

4. Retention

Account and order data are kept while your account is active and for legally required accounting periods. Usage events are kept for statistics, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Team-shared meetings are deleted when the sharer removes them or the team is deleted.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent and object to processing (including under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection). Message us on Zalo at +84 963 249 467 with your account email; we respond within 72 business hours.

6. Children

Verba Studio is not intended for anyone under 16.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and notify you in the app.
